From 15 to 18 June, Hamburg will become the international hub of the mobility industry, as leading decision-makers and experts from around the world gather to discuss a sustainable, inclusive and connected future for public transport
The UITP Summit is of great importance to Trapeze. Our partnership with the UITP and our commitment as a Gold Partner underline our long-term mission: to help shape and optimise public transport worldwide. This goal is also shared by our parent organisation Modaxo, which is supporting the 2025 Summit as a Platinum Partner.
Trapeze will be exhibiting at the UITP Summit at stand no. A3550 in hall A3, together with Modaxo and the Modaxo companies Systemtechnik, Binary System, Voyagerr, FARA, AEP and Expretio.
In addition to product presentations and networking opportunities, our stand offers even more – including our Live CEO Roundtables held within the framework of the “Mobility Redefined” podcast.
We look forward to hearing from you and to welcoming you at our stand A3550 in hall A3.
The control centre is the heart of transport companies. Dispatchers always have an overview of all routes thanks to data and voice connections, intelligent control systems and optimisation options. Find out more at the Trapeze booth about the LIO operations control system with its versatile functions and parameterisation options, as well as the latest features such as Path Dispatch Advanced, handling journey cancellations, bottleneck monitoring and many more.
The latest generation of on-board computers for buses and trains seamlessly integrates vehicles into control systems. It secures data flows, saves operating data and permits communication between the control centre and drivers. Drivers use modern IP terminals to operate the on-board computers. The WebVLU app offers cost-effective driver support and dispatching via smartphone or tablet.
Our focus is on transitioning from traditional traffic light preemption to a traffic light phase assistant with bidirectional communication. This innovative technology enhances traffic flow and significantly reduces energy consumption for traction.
Intelligent evaluations of the data from the ITCS system can be used to optimise operational processes and increase efficiency. The business intelligence solution from Trapeze offers users both easy-to-use standard reports and automatic report generation, as well as customisable reports for company-specific evaluations. Other advantages include integrated interfaces to third-party systems and the use of AI.
With LIO-Volta, Trapeze offers a solution for the optimal integration of electric buses into a control system. Thanks to LIO-Volta, the dispatchers in the control centre always have real-time data from the vehicles. The system uses an automatic alarm function to inform them in good time if problems become apparent, for example if the energy supply is too low or the battery temperature is too high.
INTROS enables visually impaired and blind passengers as well as people with limited physical mobility to use public transport independently. The solution was developed by those affected for those affected. An app informs passengers when their vehicle arrives. It helps them to find the boarding area and communicate with the driver. During the journey, it provides information on the next stops.
This proven system supports bus franchising for Public Transport Authorities in cities like Singapore, London, and Riyadh. It ensures accurate, transparent payments with 100% validated data. CPS automates complex calculations, reduces manual work, and boosts efficiency. In some cities, it manages and reconciles billions in revenue, highlighting its reliability, scalability, and essential role in enabling advanced bus networks.
With the planning and scheduling solutions from Trapeze, transport companies achieve greater efficiency and better results. Using the Trapeze Planning System enables optimised journey, vehicle circulation and duty planning for buses and trains. This enables them to efficiently ensure solid and reliable operations.
With this new software platform, Trapeze is setting new standards in personnel planning and scheduling – automated, efficient and future-oriented. TRAICY addresses skill shortages, increasing demands, and growing complexity, providing an innovative and efficient solution for the challenges of tomorrow.
Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) technology will be essential for the future of public transport. In Cooperative Intelligent Transport Systems (C-ITS), V2X enables interaction between vehicles and between vehicles and infrastructure. In Hamburg, we will demonstrate how V2X can be applied in practice, focusing on the transition from traditional traffic light preemption to a traffic light phase assistant with bidirectional communication.
At our stand, we will provide information on the current developments at Trapeze, and during a technical visit – jointly organised with the City of Hamburg and Hamburger Hochbahn – interested parties will have the opportunity to experience V2X in action.
Technical Visit “Transition to C-ITS Prioritisation in Public Transport”
Sunday, 15 June 2025, 1:45 PM - 4:00 PM (new start time)
Meeting point: Welcome Area at the Main Entrance of the A Halls
Fully booked - entry in waiting list possible
Participation in the Technical Visit requires an Expertise or Exchange ticket.
At stand A3550, Modaxo invites you to two exclusive live recordings of the ‘Mobility Redefined’ podcast. Moderated by mobility expert Dr Kaan Yıldızgöz, some renowned CEOs from international transport companies will discuss current industry topics and challenges.
As a special treat, our audience can enjoy two culinary offerings: on Monday, cheese and wine will be served, and on Tuesday, a specially crafted Modaxo drink. It is definitely worth stopping by!
